Firm support with just enough give for comfort. Haven't had any neck issues. I am a side sleeper and occasional back sleeper. Don't think it would be a good option for stomach sleepers as it wouldn't be very breathable.

The pillow was just a piece of regular, thick foam with no give whatsoever, and was one of the most uncomfortable pillows I’ve ever purchased. I returned it. Customer service was outstanding; very polite and professional staff working for them.

The pillow is somewhat too hard.( it’s memory foam cushion but not molding to the head and neck . I feel like my head is floating on top. The pillow is too high for me

Way too high of a pillow. Im a side sleeper but generally prefer a lower pillow. Hard to review the rest because the height was uncomfortable
