Overall quality is superb. That being said, this pillow is quite thick. I am 6' and 200lbs and it is too thick for me (by far) to sleep on either my back or stomach. It might work on my side but I have a Temper Pedic mattress which causes me to sink in about an inch and by that point the pillow is again too thick.
