I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable these pillows are. They hold their shape all night, are cool to sleep on and cradle my head & neck perfectly.

Absolutely incredible...so soft and cushy yet supportive where it needs to be. I'm one of those picky sleepers who needs the conditions to be 'just right' so I've always found myself switching out pillows in the middle of the night. Not with this pillow. Depending on where you lay your head, you can actually get a different 'firmness' which IMO is what makes this pillow so incredible. Middle = sweet/soft spot ; edges = more firm. I ended up having to get a second one since my wife was jealous of mine :)

The pillow was cooling and soft but in the King size was more of a long floppy body pillow than a supportive sleep pillow, probably more to my perspective of the picture on the site I believed it to be much more firm and supportive than it really was.

Too soft and not high enough for tall side sleepers. I have to use another pillow under it for correct neck support.
