It was a nice foam pillow but for heavy head folks you need a little more support. But the return policy still exists among Covid-19! I recommend this company for this treatment alone!

It’s very comfortable and lower loft than some others I have looked into. If I use it alone I don’t have any neck pain, but because I like to prop up a little before sleep I sometimes stack it with another. I guess if I wanted the “perfect” pillow I would want it slightly loftier, but as is, it is totally worth the price.
