This pillow is absolutely perfect! Just the right height and support, always cool as well. We just bought the T&N Mint mattress and this completes the setup. I’ve never gotten better sleep in my life!

My first two nights with this pillow, I couldn't stand it! I thought it was too high for me and I felt uncomfortable. I put it aside with the intent to return it, but after a few nights with my old pillow (which is a water pillow that the chiropractor recommended), and still waking up with my regular neck and shoulder pain, I decided to give this pillow one more try before boxing it up. Strangely enough, I slept better than ever, and have been ever since. Also, my neck and shoulder pain (which I had been experiencing for a year) is gone! I guess the height is right for me after all, but it just took some getting used to. I am mostly a side sleeper, female, 5'6", small build. I also find this comfortable for sleeping on my back, but it's definitely too high for stomach sleepers, which is fine with me. It's a lot to spend on a pillow but I've had it for almost two months now and I haven't had any need to go back to the chiropractor since I started using it so it's actually saving me money (and helping me get some precious pain-free sleep!). So glad I gave it a second chance.

I am used to sleeping on a firm tempurpedic pillow so changing to tuft and needle pillows were an adjustment, but they are heavenly! Like your head is on a cloud. I never wake up with neck pain and always feel supported. Now we need the mattress to go with them!

The 5 inch thickness and firmness of the pillow made it too high and uncomfortable for my husband and I. We both experienced neck and shoulder stiffness/pain, and returned the pillows within two weeks of use. All this being said, the coolness of the pillows was very nice, and the materials are very high quality; I'm sure this pillow would be wonderful for someone else!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
