The pillow is good but not great. Good squish balanced with good loft. The problem I have is the same one I have with nearly every pillow. I’m a side sleeper and so my neck squishes down the side of the pillow and my head ends up at a bit of an angle. It would be awesome if one long side was reinforced against this.

On the plus side, this pillow doesn't go flat. It maintains its height. It is medium soft and comfortable. I like of course that it is CertiPUR certified. On the con side, I am a side sleeper and I wish this pillow had a bit more loft. It is not the right height for a side sleeper and doesn't hold my head in alignment with my spine so that sometimes I wake up with a stiff neck. I've thought about returning it, but life is busy, and these little things slip by.
