The pillow is very comfortable for side sleeping, but hurts my neck for back sleeping. I don't have the best neck, so it might be great for someone else, though. I was very thankful that the pillow did not need to off-gas more than a day or two, unlike a competitor that still had not off-gassed after sitting out for two weeks and made me nauseous. Thank you.
I did notice that the pillow, much like most pillows works better on firmer (T&N would probably be best) beds rather than much softer beds.
