This pillow is awful, bought it to use as a new seat on my tractor and it keeps falling off when I switch to high gear.

I suffer from hot flashes at night and regular pillows caused me to wake up and have to flip over or just change to another pillow. The T&N pillow keeps my head and neck area so much cooler that I haven't had any night sweats since I got it. I love it!
