Flat and not much support. Loved the mattress, very disappointed in the pillow. I have to use 2 to get a decent amount of support and I usually only need 1 pillow if I am using one made from a standard fill.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best pillow ever!!! It is the perfect amount of support and squishy! I had a little neck stiffness the first night but I think I was just breaking it in!!

I have always been a fan of foam pillows. These do not disappoint. I purchased two when I bought our mattress last year and my kids loved them so much, we had to buy two more for them.

3rd time I've ordered this pillow. First pillow in decades that fits me perfectly. Goodbye chiropractic pillow that made my ears hurt by morning and left me with a stiff neck and/or shoulders. Could not be happier with this super comfortable, cloud-like, perfect level of firmness pillow. Never needs plumping, fits pillow cases to a "t" and they're just as perfect each night as they were the first day I used it.

Nice balance of support and squishiness. And is surprisingly cool sleeping. But king pillow is HUGE and doesn't really fit into pillowcases. Wish they had a queen.
