It has the same support I used to like in my cotton pillow, but it doesn't fall flat or need to be fluffed like my old pillow. It's ALWAYS at the support level I prefer.

It felt comfortable in the showroom and continues to feel even better every night and morning at home. Only improvement area might be the price. For a pillow, the price is at the top end of what I would normally spend and likewise expect it to last and remain comfortable for a long time.

This pillow is a 10 because I wake up without neck pain. It has just the right softness and firmness at the same time.

The concept of the mattress is great. Unfortunately the bed isn't made for everyone, but the return process has be just as easy as buying the bed . Such friendly staff
