Pillow's are so personal - we all have different structures and needs. I used a cervical pillow for years and it was pathetically worn out. I need one that is supportive enough for my neck but is also soft because I'm a side sleeper. This pillow is perfect for me!

This pillow is the best pillow I've ever used. It's comfortable and cool, allowing me a great night sleep with no neck pain in the morning.

The pillow, although too firm for me, is a great product. The return policy is also great. The price may be a deterrent though.
