This pillow flattened too much after the second night.. kind of like feather down pillows do. I had to keep fluffing it up throughout the night to get neck support, which was Irritating. I think it’s the shredded memory foam.. now I know I need solid not shredded. I gave it to my 9 year old son and he loves it.

Such a soft yet firm pillow. I can tell it will last a very long time. I love how it is one singular foam piece rather than other pillows which are many pieces because over time the many pieces can separate and cause the pillow to be very flat. 5 stars though because of their amazing customer service!!!! Even their packaging shows how much they invest in their customer's experience.
