I love my new pillows! They keep their shape and are super comfy. And I never need to flip them over to the cool side of the pillow!

The pillow has nothing special to offer. They are expensive and no better than any 20 dollar pillow I have used in the past. They offer no support and easily squish flat not supporting the head.

If the rating was for my satisfaction with the product, it would be a ten. However, while the pillow is great for back sleepers, like me, it may not be so enjoyable for side sleepers due to the flatter nature of the pillow.
