Love this pillow very soft but firm and supportive the only thing I would change is making it thicker I find I bunch it a little but it is still the best pillow I've ever used

I have always had a problem with a hot pillow at night, always flipping it over to find a cool spot. Don't half to do that with this pillow. Have tried many different "stay cool" products that don't really work. And the support is perfect from the start. It is fantastic!
