I like the pillow, and may just need more time to adjust. At this point, I say good, not great.

I have had chronic neck problems from an old injury, for over 40 years. I was skeptical about the pillow as I have tried numerous types etc over the years. But honestly, so far so good. Very comfortable, supportive and I sleep well. It's only been a few days, but as I said, it's looking good!

The pillow is very heavy and somewhat of a block. I don't particularly like it, but for others it may be just what they are looking for.

You're right...I used to have a Temperpedic mattress - and while I got the advantage of pressure relief, it was WAY too hot and It was hard getting out of bed.
With my new mattress, I sleep cool and comfortable - easily getting out of bed in the morning...though it's so comfortable, you may not WANT to get out of bed!

I like the ease of which it was delivered and set up but I am finding it a bit low and soft. Still giving it a chance. Not sure if I am going to keep it.
