It is very comfortable and feels like a high quality product, however it is far too thin. I find I have to keep an arm underneath it in order to get my head at the proper level for comfort for me. For others it may be thick enough, but for me my neck bends back/down to reach the pillow when sleeping on my side. I'm in my second week now hoping it gets better, but thus far it isn't likely a good fit for me. I think for someone else with a narrower build it might be better though, so I rated as fairly as I could taking that into consideration. Again the comfort of the materials is great.

Like the concept and the product. Just would like to see another level of 'firmness' as a choice.

I like the pillow a lot, just wish it had a tad bit more of support. I would still buy it again....I do like it. I would recommend to friends and family. thank-you
