Shipping packaging--pillow is unzipped and potentially is exposed to a multitude of contaminants and allergens.

The cover is very smooth and comfortable. The pillow is perfectly soft and yet supportive. It seems to stay fairly cool, too.

We bought the standard pillows and then the king. They are as comfortable as the wonderful T&N mattress! Now our bed is so comfortable that my wife and I face serious productivity issues! Why get out of bed...ever?

my wifes pillow is great. Mine appears to have shrunk. It is not nearly the same pillow it was when we first got them.

My fiance and I are trying several pillows, one of which is the Tuft & Needle. We fight over the pillow every night because we like it more than our other choices. However, not everybody is looking for the same support or firmness as me in their pillows.
