Everything so comfortable
Ease of delivery / unpacking cannot be beat

I think it would be good for a man, since men are bigger than women. But I wouldn't recommend it to a woman because it's too big and hard and heavy.

My pillow has been wonderful. I have a plate in my neck and have difficulty with getting comfortable and usually have lots of pain with limited mobility.
The last couple weeks..I've been more rested and have more mobility in my neck and a lot less pain
