Before buying the tuft & needle pillows I would have to sleep on two pillows just to feel like my neck was supported. However, even though I wassleeping on two pillows I still woke up with a stiff neck and sometimes a headache. Now I can sleep on one pillow, I don't have to bunch it up to get comfortable. I now wake up with less neck pain and headaches.

So far i have had my pillow and mattress less than 30 days and im not sleeping any better than i was on my 10 year old memory foam mattress and my My Pillow.

The purchase experience was very good. We've had the bed for almost two weeks now and it feels too soft. We both are waking up with tired backs. We are going to give the bed another week or two and if we don't seem to change then we will return it. I fear that the bed will only get softer as we sleep on it. I am happy that it doesn't feel like memory foam where I feel like the bed has swallowed me up and I can't move in my sleep because of it. Ultimately if a friend mentioned they were thinking about a TN mattress my first question would be, "how soft do you like your bed?" If they like soft beds I'd highly recommend it, if not then I'd steer them away.
