The pillow is pretty good but it would be nice to have "attachments" that increase the size of the pillow for a side-sleeper like me.

I personally did not find the pillow comfortable- even after two weeks- so I gave it to my mother, and she loves it. However, she has had several neck injuries and likes very firm pillows. I've never had a neck injury, and so firm pillows make me drool all night in addition to being very uncomfortable.
