Very comfortable, soft yet firm (yeah sounds wired, but true), excellent customer service, easy to order and set up. Pillows were great too! Likely to order again

The bed is very comfortable, and it comes shipped to you ready to be used right away. Based on my quick research, it also seems to be constructed with responsible materials, as well. I also believe it to be reasonably priced.

Allow we love our Tuft and Needle mattress I feel the pillow is a bit too soft and a bit too flat for my liking. I'd much rather have an option for a firmer pillow. I'm debating about sending the pillow back. It's been about a week since I've had it and I'm concerned over time it will lose the little bit of firmness it does have.
