It seems like it is going to be too soft but it's actually just right! It supports your head and neck but still feels like your sleeping on a cloud. :-))

Very comfortable, soft yet firm (yeah sounds wired, but true), excellent customer service, easy to order and set up. Pillows were great too! Likely to order again

The bed is very comfortable, and it comes shipped to you ready to be used right away. Based on my quick research, it also seems to be constructed with responsible materials, as well. I also believe it to be reasonably priced.
