So far, the mattress is great. Both the mattress and the pillow are perfect for me. It was easy to set up after I realized it was a bit heavier than it seemed on the video.

The paperwork it came with said it would soften after a couple of days. It didn't and was just too firm for us. woke up with lower back pain frequently.
