I would only recommend with a tuft and needle mattress since that has been my experience. I generally do not recommend pillows to anyone ever.

I absolutely love my pillow and my son who has Juvenile Arthritis does as well. It is soft but still provides a great deal of support. We love the pillows and the mattresses, and both sleep better on them then we did on our old mattresses and pillows.
