I love the pillow but because of neck problems I cannot use it. I would recommend it to anyone who doesn't have the problem I do.

Just wasn't my favorite. I did like soft feeling, but too soft for a side sleeper. Too flat for my neck. You need more options for thickness. Material is very nice.

The pillow is pretty comfortable, but it does get warm! I do have to flip it occasionally which I didn't expect to have to do according to the advertising.
