It's entirely personal -- I have a neck problem I'm trying to find a pillow to accommodate. This is not the one and I will be returning it to your Scottsdale store next month. My husband and I absolutely love your mattress and have recommended it (successfully) to several friends.

I love the pillow but because of neck problems I cannot use it. I would recommend it to anyone who doesn't have the problem I do.

Just wasn't my favorite. I did like soft feeling, but too soft for a side sleeper. Too flat for my neck. You need more options for thickness. Material is very nice.
