I've slept on this for about a week now, and I honestly loved it from the moment I rested my head on it! I have chronic neck pain, and am a stomach/side sleeper. After just one night sleeping on it, I felt SO MUCH better and I continue to! I've enjoyed it so much that I've allowed my fiancee to try it for a few nights in a row, and he seems to be feeling better, too! Now I'm taking it back. ;)
I think he'll be ordering one as well!

The pillow is soft, yet supportive to my neck. I used to have to bunch up my pillow to get comfortable, but not anymore. The bed and pillows are providing me with the best quality sleep in years!!

Most comfortable synthetic pillow I have ever owned. Soft yet supportive. My necklace and shoulder pain has greatly improved since getting my pillow.

It is the closest thing to my old high density foam mattress I could find. Soft but firm support. Not hot. You do not sink down in it. I like the thickness to. My regular sheets fit great. No need for deep pocket sheets
