The Tuft & Needle customer service is incredible! I ordered two of the Original Foam Pillows recently. The pillows were of high quality; however, my husband and I needed slightly firmer support. When I contacted Tuft & Needle customer service, they walked me through the refund process and expedited everything. I haven't had the pleasure of receiving this kind of excellent customer service in a long time! Kudos!
