Completely different pillow than the one we ordered 2 years ago. The foam is less dense, offering less support and feels like a cheap foam, not at all like a memory foam. So dissatisfied with the manufacturing change. I feel duped as a loyal customer that the quality changed and nothing was disclosed that it is a different pillow. Makes me very wary of what else has changed with the quality of their other products. I will not be recommending to friends and family any longer.
