It's a good quality pillow. My arm has fallen asleep on a few nights. I'm a side sleeper and have found thicker pillows more effective at preventing this.

Got the T&N Queen mattress before my pillow arrived and, oh my, they go hand in hand. When I lay down before bed I let out a big sigh because it is so comfy. I sink in and sleep wonderfully with this new pillow and mattress.
