I bought one of the original foam king size pillows last year and it was the best! It was firm and had Great support which i raved about to people.. I recently purchased 2 more og king size pillows and it was like night and day.. Very cheap and SOFT WITH NO SUPPORT.. I gave these as a gift but already was told to return one of them because the quality was cheap lets see what the other person says about the other pillow which I gifted.. Very Disappointed in the Quality

Quality has drastically changed, I have purchased several of these pillows through the years and this recent purchase is very disappointing! Not the same quantity pillow, feels very thin and cheaply done.

I ordered this pillow because it's considered non-toxic but if you are sensitive to odors I would not recommend this pillow. It smelled so strong I literally had to air it out for a month. No exaggeration.

To be honest for the price I was expecting it to be better. I love my mattress so I figured I’d love the pillow too. But It’s too soft for mine and my husbands liking.

No more neck pain

I’ve had this thing for over a year. I still love it. I can’t say more than that. I have to sleep with this pillow. I’m at first it feels like it will be too soft but after a few a nights, you realize that your head and neck are supported throughout the night. When I sleep on my side, it’s a little low without my arm. But I throw my arm underneath it and it’s perfect. I’ve had no problems sleeping on my side or back. It’s amazing. I also recommend going with the king size so you can roll around without your head falling off the pillow!

Different density

I bought my husband a pillow when they first came out. His is very squishy and the cover says Tuft and Needle all over it. I loved his pillow so I ordered 3 more for myself and our 2 kids. These newer pillows feel more dense and firm, not near as squishy. I don’t hate the new pillows but clearly they are made different than the first one and I’d prefer that style. Not sure where the change happened but it is disappointing. The inner tags have the same info but are different sizes and it seems that y’all changed manufacturers or something.

Customer service falls flat

I bought one of these pillows with the understanding that I have a free 100-day trial with free returns, as stated on the website. The pillow seems like it was well-made, but I tried it for just one night, and it didn't work for me. I didn't have great sleep. I wanted to return it, but I was told by customer service that since the pillow was used, they can't give me a refund until I have proof that I donated it. Okay, I had no problem with that, except that I can't find a single organization in my area that will take a pillow that's been removed from its packaging and used. I had to use it to see if I can sleep with it! And whether it was 1 night or 100 nights, customers are led to believe that the pillows can be returned. So now I can't return it, and I can't donate it since the pillow arrived wrapped in plastic that is not resealable.
