It is a bit firm of a mattress. I would only recommend it for those who are looking for that in a mattress.

As of right now, the jury is still out on the pillow. My wife is a side-sleeper and she is concerned that it's too short for side-sleeping. I sleep in all positions and while I find the pillow a little short for side-sleeping, I find it a little tall for back-sleeping--my neck is craned a bit too much. Just my thoughts...

I've been sleeping on it for about two weeks now and have the best pillow related sleep that I have had in years. The first night was not comfortable at all (neck cramps), the second night was better, every night since then has been wonderful.

The pillows are very comfortable and my head doesn't get hot at night on warm nights. No neck pain.
