Not sure how I feel about the pillow or if it's worth the money. Will give it another few weeks.

A different experience from the first one I bought

The first T&N pillow I bought (about 6 years ago) was smaller and much softer. I loved it, but it eventually started to come apart. I ordered this one, hoping for a repeat of the squishy pillow I loved. This one is bigger (it comes out of my standard pillow cases) and is definitely firm. If you like firm pillows, you'll probably like this, but it doesn't suit me. Unfortunately, it wasn't cheap, and I really can't afford to buy something else.... So stuck with a pillow I am beginning to hate. :-(
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our new pillows don’t seem as plump as the first two we bought from you- still, they’re the most comfortable pillows for our neck issues that we’ve found - minus 2 stars because the two new pillows don’t seem as plump as the first two we bought a few years ago.

love the firmness of this pillow, after about 4 years my prior one started becoming less supportive, still using in guest room, but love firmness of new one.

After trying multiple types of pillows to alleviate the aches and pains of my arthritic neck, this pillow has provided the right level of support and is comfortable. I would recommend this pillow.
