My partner loves it so if he was giving the rating, I'm sure it would be a 9. I, on the other hand, am not used to it yet. My neck is tight when I wake up and sore all day long. I'm hoping I get used to it or I'll be returning the pillow.

I've been waking up with neck pain every morning for years. Since using the Tuft and Needle pillow I've had no pain at all. Its extremely comfortable and I'm really happy with it!

Very comfy for me, but my "sweetie" says the pillow is too stiff. Personal preference, I think.

It is very comfortable!! I am a side sleeper, so it's wonderful to have a pillow that is thick and firm enough, where my head sinks in slightly at the right spot, and makes me feel like my head and neck are still in alignment!

It didn't feel soft enough. It's a firm pillow that doesn't mold well. It does feel durable, sure enough.
