The only "negative" about the pillow is I found it to retain body heat which I do not have a problem with, but others may. I also would have ordered a larger size as the standard is a couple of inches shorter than my other pillows.

From day one of using the T&N pillow, I have had the best sleep I have experienced in a long time. No neck cramps, ample support, and truly restful sleep. I will be buying these for the rest of my family.

Personal preference. I have wider shoulders so if I am on my side the pillow isn't tall enough for me.
