I have incredible neck problems and dad an article reviewing pillows. This pillow was one of them for folks with neck issues. I bit the bullet and I have no regrets. I’m mostly a side sleeper and this holds my head at the perfect level. It took me a couple of nights to get used to it but now I protect that pillow from being absconded by others with my life.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I did not keep pillow eventhough very soft. It was not as thin as I prefer. Return policy excellent.
