At first, I thought the pillow was not going to have enough volume to work for me, but after 24 hours, it was perfect. I am sleeping better, with no neck issues. I sleep on my side and back, the pillow provides good support for both positions.

Too firm, but great customer service

This pillow was too firm for me - it provided good support for my neck as a side sleeper, but I wanted a softer feel for my head. It would be perfect if they just made this foam the core of the pillow and wrapped it in a layer of the down alternative filling. T&N customer service is excellent though, so it's worth trying this pillow if you want one that is nice and firm, because if you don't like it they'll refund you quickly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
