When I purchased it, it was perfect, and as advertised. I have used the pillow for 2 1/2 months now and it just keeps getting smaller and softer/flatter. I kept the box it came in and it IS actually smaller, it shrunk!? On my side, my neck is no longer supported and on my stomach, I have to scrunch/wad up the pillow for it to fit correctly. I chose a 3 and not lower because it still is soft and not lumpy, and that is something...

T&N is a exceptionally comfortable mattress ( and the pillow is amazing too ) and the price is something that you cannot beat for the quality. I am finally getting good rest at night. We tell everyone to buy T&N products because we have never once regretted spending money with you.

I have already recommended it..I have used many pillows, some ok . This pillow is excellent in every way..Not too large or small, holds it's shape, doesn't clump up...As the saying goes "and don't change a thing"
