Very uncomfortable pillow. We gave all 5 away as they were too difficult to return. Too hard to sleep on. Very different from the original pillow which my son has. He agrees it’s not the same pillow. I cannot recommend these at all. These were a very expensive mistake.

Hands down by far the best pillow I have ever owned! I have struggled with the right pillow for years and now that I purchased this one, I'm forever grateful of the results. Thank you to the persons who created this miracle pillow and well worth the money!

Firm for back, great for side, excellent service

Although the pillow is of high quality, I found it too firm for a back sleeper. When I would roll to my side, it was much better. I have to say, though, that after I gave it a fair chance, I contacted customer service for a return. Due to the pandemic, they simply refunded me and asked me to pass it on. I just recently gave it to a young teacher in my school and she is already loving it. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was just as a "warning" to fellow back sleepers, but it's wonderful for my side-sleeping co-worker and customer service is superb.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Tried all the "next perfect pillows" This is the one. Bought two with the bed. Sometimes with "New" pillows they start off fine and then end up piles of mush. We used these two for months and they were just as wonderful to sleep on as the first time we used them. Bought two more. Even with a C-pap mask they are fantastic.

Mattress sucks Pillows okay, the pillows are the only thing that even feels somewhat comfortable. Look at other stores before falling into a trap of buying this mattress or pillows
