This mattress is confusing. It’s probably one of the firmest beds I’ve slept on but it’s still soft. Maybe firm isn’t the right word. It’s supportive but comfortable. No pressure points and since I’ve been using the T&N pillow as well, I haven’t been waking up with neck pain. Highly recommended mattress.

First of all, order was swift from start to finish on both the mattress and pillow. Loved the price and the comfort of both even more. Very pleased all the way around.

It’s too flat. It needs one more layer. When you lay on it, your head sinks too low and your is not supported well enough.

just gave it a chance and it is great so far! i have told my friends and family about you, and so far 3 people have bought new mattress :) maybe a spokesperson position .... just a suggestion

My favorite part about the pillow is that it doesn't go flat, which is not something I even knew I wanted until I had it. The fact that it maintains its shape while still being soft and flexible is the best.
