Changes to the T&F original foam pillow, is AWFUL.

Beyond disappointed. My mom got this foam T&F pillow years ago, fell in lOVE. Rarely happens, since I'm so picky about my pillows. Finally, years later, spent the money and bought myself one. However, it is an entirely different pillow. I did speak to a rep, who explained to me that it had, in fact, changed. He encouraged me to keep it, to "break it in" that's absolutely ridiculous. Maybe if my head weighted 100 pounds. It's MUCH more firm. I even had my moms pillow to compare it to when the pillows arrived. I'm so disappointed. I haven't been able to find another foam pillow on the market, how the original one was made.

I regret purchasing these pillows. Initially, I thought they would work, but after one week, I realized that they were not thick enough to support my neck. unfortunately, I am using these pillows as extras, and still in search of more supportive pillows. I would not recommend these pillows for side sleepers.

I'm a back sleeper and this is just much too high for me. The customer service was great though!

Soft but won’t flatten out and lose shape. Exactly what I was looking for as someone who sleeps on their side and needs a pillow that will support my head while still being soft enough to sink into.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this thinking it was going to be as supportive as your regular size pillow (which I love!) but the king size is unfortunately not as good for my neck and shoulders. It’s less thick than the regular sized one and doesn’t provide quite enough support.

The king size pillow isn’t as firm as the regular size. Additionally, the new version of the pillow isn’t as firm as the original foam pillow I had bought 3 years ago.

I loved it when I first got it, but after a week it became softer and lost the support I was looking for.
