The pillow is well made and was a definite improvement from my previous pillow. I am a back sleeper and around a month into using it I felt like I was no longer getting the support for my neck and head that I need. But that may well be because I pretty much sleep in the pillow in the same spot each night and maybe the pressure was affecting the filling. If I flipped it during the night I was able to get better support for awhile. I suspect the problem is me and my anatomy and not the pillow. The pillows came in a two pack and I got the second one out yesterday which is brand new and slept on it last night. Much better support. From my research I think I need to try a foam pillow and see if that holds up better for me than down alternative filling. I do think the quality is good but just not what I need.

It's okay. I was hoping it would offer more support. I have to constantly fluff it up every night. It bunches in certain places making it uncomfortable at times to sleep. I was expecting more especially due to the high cost of the pillows.

This was the second set of pillows we got as the first ones were perfect for me and my partner (one combo back-side sleeper, one side sleeper) as we could both be comfortable with lots of support. It seemed like a no brainer to get these pillows again after ours became well used. The new pillows were not what we remembered from our first set though. They did not seem well packed like our first set and did not provide great support. Still a better pillow than you can get cheap at any department store, but it seemed like the quality control isn't there and you aren't guaranteed a great pillow.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed. Not comfortable for me. I toss and turn and my neck hurts. Sorry but I had high hopes after I saw Prevention Magazine mentioned your brand.
