It came with two pillows which was great! They are new so it took a bit of smooshing and adjusting to get it soft enough for me. I have neck problems that I've dealt with for a while now and these pillows have helped me sleep better and wake up with less neck pain! I know some people prefer sofeter pillows but for me, the slight firmness is a great balance.
