Personally, the pillow is too thick. I can’t sleep with 2 of them piled atop each other. But 1 is not enough support. Still trying to find the right solution.

These are OK. They are very full and because of that neither my husband or I could actually use them under our heads when we were sleeping, without neck pain the next morning. I put them in our shams that we take off at night and use them only to prop me up when I’m reading etc. They seem to hold their shape really well and serve that purpose
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
