I have chronic neck pain and these pillows were NOT the answer for it. Too soft. I've purchase and switched back to a memory foam pillow with more support.

To put it simply, these were part of a package purchase and have become our primary sleeping pillows. Good blend of soft feel but adequate support. Use in all sleeping positions without difficulty.
