I really like this pillow so far! I alternate between sleeping on my back and on my side so the firmness of the pillow helps to support my neck. Mind you, it's not super firm; it is the right amount of support and is still very soft to sleep on.

The pillows are ok. They need a little more filling or tighter pillow cases. The filling scoots to the back of the pillow, out from under your head when you lay on it. I had to ball the pillow up to keep it under my head. I switched back to my old pillow after two weeks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
