I bought them due to advertised as great for side sleepers. However, after 3 to 4 days I developed a sore neck and shoulder pain. I went back to my old pillows.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was initially hesitant. You see the sell of all pillow types. Firm, medium, down, etc. But we are so glad we made this purchase. Buying more in the future because these pillows were just right.
