Incredibly poor manual

No clear connection instructions. Supposedly there is a hose to connect to 20# propane tank. Does the hose need a regulatoror not. What is the napoleon part. None searchabke on the website. Extremely frustrating. So much for the sunday bbq. thanks so much. Cant even rate the grill as i cant use it

Love the idea of not having barbecue on the picnic table. Good heat is awesome . The only thing that upset me is the paint on the lid is coming off.

Useful Portable BBQ

I’ve had this for a few years and it still runs very well. Only three issues that consistently occur:
1. When roll as golf cart the bottom handle drops very easy and gets scratched. Happens all the time even if tightened.
2. The burners are very close the grates and get clogged quickly cause the flame to go out.
3. Wind blows out the flame often.
However the portability is very convenient.

smashed plastic handle

Arrived with the handles for the grill lid locking mechanism smashed in 6 places so I will need to replace it. For the price they ask doesn't seem worth it. Convenient design for the most part. wheel caps should screw on not need to be hammered on. Its just an unnecessary hassle.

I bought this last August and have been thoroughly enjoying it! I use it as my bbq at home, and fold it to take camping. It's light weight but can grill many burgers or pieces of chicken. I highly recommend!
We bought this gas grill from a local appliance dealer off of his recommendations. Wow! What a grill. It is exactly what we wanted! What we like about it is the size of the grilling area just right size for us. It folds down in the storage position for when we travel. But the best part is that it grills chicken and burgers and just about everything else very well. We put Mesquite wood on the grills and we achieve the desire flavor
bought this grill for the back deck and to take camping. been very happy withit especially the flat grill. the only problem i have had is the drip tray developed two small holes
I would recommend this to a friend!

Portable Grill for RV

We bought the TravelQ for our RV Travel Trailer. Two seasons now it’s been great. But just this week the Jet Fire ignition shoots a flame but does not ignite the gas burners. The burners seem to be disconnected. I am sure it is an easy fix but I can’t figure out how to do this.
