[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very small and easy to use, instructions included are clear and easy to follow, even gives you tips on how to use a Kegal trainer if you are unfamiliar . Soft silicone comes with a remote but that is mainly for seeing the lights to track your squeezes thru the inserted trainer. Play mode is ...effective.. and you can control the device without the remote as well by pressing the button on the end of the cord part. Magnetic dual charing cable allows you to charge both devices at once. Works great!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Working Phenomenally

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After giving birth to my third child, my pelvic floor muscles had weakened. My gynecologist recommended a kegel trainer as she believes they are even more effective than kegels alone. After a few weeks, I have already noticed that my bladder strength is improving. I'm happy with the results so far and would definitely recommended it to anyone having issues with their pelvic floor.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The unique lights help you train appropriately and know that your doing it correctly. The vibration settings are intense. This one came with its own storage bag and a double charger for remote and trainer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this fit inside me perfect! not too big or uncomfortable. it was kind of hard getting the kegel training part of this to work but once i got it i was able to do it multiple times a day. i also played around with the vibration part and it felt so good so it can be for training or playing ;) id def recommend to moms postpartum for the pelvic floor!
