[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little skeptical of this kegal trainer. I have tried other styles that didn’t work or stay in place or have easy removal. The PlusOne Kegal trainer is amazing. Not only does it have a smooth pretty exterior and a stay in place design it’s easy to remove and use. It has a light indicator to show you how strong your muscles are and how strong your squeezing. It came with a remote and bonus storage bag too. It also has several different levels of vibration that was nice. It has easy attach magnetic charging adapters that are convenient. It’s fully water proof and works great in water. Get yourself one of these you will be by pleased!
I would recommend this to a friend!

It can help with strengthening your pelvic floor muscles especially if you have had a baby and are looking to tighten up those muscles for better love making with more stronger and frequent climaxes. It has 5 different vibration settings so you control the intensity. It's super soft and smooth for easy insertion too. It can be used in the bath or shower. It's USB rechargeable which is super convenient. It comes with a carrying case for easy travel. This has really helped me in strengthening my pelvic floor muscles and I highly recommend this to anyone who wants the same and a better love making life as a result!

Does what it's supposed to

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kegels are important, especially as we age and if we've had children. I'm not keen on peeing a little every time I sneeze or cough, yet here we are... Anyway. This little device does what it's intended to do. Small and smooth, it inserts easily. The remote works as you would expect - the stronger the kegel, the more lights light up. I know some people had trouble with the charger - I personally like it. It's magnetic, which I find convenient, and I didn't have any issues with it coming undone. One tip, though - don't be like me - make sure you turn on both the remote and the device before inserting and wondering why it won't connect. Overall, I think this little gadget will help me remember to do kegels more regularly.
It also functions as a gspot toy, but I'm not a fan of them, so I'm not using it for that purpose.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am 35 years old, have 3 daughters and this kegel trainer has helped me a lot in my exercises to strengthen my pelvic muscles, it is waterproof and very easy to wash, it has 5 vibrations, its battery lasts approximately one hour, it comes with a remote control, and it has lights that turn on according to the force we do when practicing kegel exercises, It also comes with a bag to easily store it anywhere. really I loved it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this kegel Trainer by plus one to use to help strengthen and keep my pelvic floor healthy, strong and flexible. I like that it's small and fairly discreet. It comes with a remote and storage bag. It's also waterproof and also has a play mode. It works and is easy to use. I would caution against using if you have pelvic pain or a hypertonic pelvic floor as kegels can make that worse. If in doubt it's best to check with your doctor and a pelvic floor physical therapist.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The size of this product is just right, and the silicone surface Is soft and smooth. It is easy to use and is gentle to the softest part of female body. If possible, I would encourage every woman to use a Kegel trainer. It is a great tool to train your muscles and to prevent so many Health issues.

Quiet, compact and it works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Discreet is the name of this product. I purchased it to help strengthen my pelvic floor as I sought multiple benefits from that change. I am able to use this product at home and have also taken it with me on busy days to make sure that I continue to benefit from the regular exercise. People sitting next to you will not hear vibrations, it's that quiet. The hand held remote is not connected by wire and allows you to monitor strength of repetitions discreetly. I'm a bit nervous to try the waterproof feature and take it in the tub with me but, for those of you that are more brave, the feature exists. In a week and a half, I have noticed an improvement in strength!
