Helps with CONTROL

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty happy this far! I can’t say 100% that’s it’s totally improved my main issues which are bladder control. I can however say it’s very easy and comfortable to use. Your able to control the speed and rate at which you’d like to start and work up to. Charging is very cool and unique with a magnetic end that attaches to the product so it’s cool proof! All and all a great thing to try naturally to enhance the stretch of the CLENCH!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I'm so excited to make my pelvic floors stronger! When you've had kids, you'll understand how important pelvic muscles are!

This little magic tool has 5 settings and comes with a remote the LED lights on the remote show which one you're on. It is super soft and water proof. Its rechargeable and recharges pretty fast. Definitely looking into their line of other items.

Perfect to get those Kegels right!

This is hard for me to do, and this device made it work efficiently and well for me. I also brought it to pelvic physical therapy, and they were impressed with it too.

I love the vibration work out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an extremely weak pelvic floor, so I got the Keegal trainer in order to help me strengthen it. I like that it has a vibrator with several settings. The vibration helps work out your pelvic floor. I've had a little bit of an issue with the Keegal trainer part though because my pelvic floor is so weak that it doesn't detect me squeezing it very well
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great training tool!

It was really easy to use and it charges very fast. It was easy to see if you were doing the exercises correctly by looking at the remote control. It washes up easily and you can store it in the bag that is included.
