I bought this and just went on to try it, i am a normal girl who probably has decent pelvic strength but did not see the blinking light on the remote as i squeezed nor did i experience the supposed vibrations from this, i tried and tried, perhaps my kegel device is damaged ? I charged it for a while so i know it isn’t that

Trainer function doesn’t work

Cons: trainer function stopped working, due to design flaw. At first, the lights lit up when I did a kegel. Then, when the trainer settled into position, no light indicator lit up when I did a kegel. It was only when I tugged on the trainer as if I were going to pull it out, did the lights turn on. I know for sure I am doing the kegel correctly, I am a physical therapist and I teach people how to do kegels as part of my job. I was hoping to use this inserted while I was doing weight exercise or squats so I could have biofeedback to make sure I was holding the kegel while exerting myself. Now it’s useless unless I am sitting and tugging at the tail of the trainer. Which defeats the purpose of using it because when you tug at it, it automatically registers tightening because you’re pulling it out. When I was testing it outside of my body, I noticed that the widest part of the trainer is not pressure sensitive. Only the front and back of it is sensitive. See photo. Also, as a physical therapist, I do know that over exposure to vibration can destroy the nerve endings, longer than 4 minutes at a time is known to be detrimental. So, one should be careful in using the vibration features, especially do NOT use the strong vibration settings! If you must use it, use level 1 for no more than 4 min at a time. The healthiest option is to get married to a decent guy, and teach him how to pleasure you, instead of using a prop that will destroy your nerve endings and then you’ll never get org*asms the natural and best way.

Really interesting to try

I definitely enjoyed the sensations but I am not sure if I was actually using it properly to strengthen the level muscles? Perhaps I just need to use it more times but even if not for muscle training I think it’s a perfectly toy for sexual pleasure :)
